Dispatch Hits a Major Milestone: 2 Million Copies in One Month
A Surprising Commercial Success
AdHoc Studio’s Dispatch has defied expectations once more. After already clearing one million sales in just ten days, the studio recently confirmed that the game has now sold two million copies within its first month.
This achievement is particularly noteworthy given that Dispatch is a brand-new intellectual property and operates in a narrative-heavy genre that hasn’t always drawn mainstream attention.

Beating Long-Term Ambitions
Not only did Dispatch reach its early targets quickly, but it’s also on pace to exceed goals that were originally set for the next three years.
Although the studio never publicly disclosed the precise figure for that long-term target, insiders say it’s “on course” to hit it in a fraction of the time.
This raises an obvious question: will AdHoc re-evaluate and raise its projections now that the game is surpassing expectations so dramatically?
What Dispatch Is All About
Dispatch is an episodic, interactive drama available on PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam).
You play as Robert Robertson, a former superhero (known previously as “Mecha Man”) who’s now landed a desk job at the Superhero Dispatch Network.
Your team? A roster of reformed villains. But they’re not the most successful heroes yet; part of your role is to oversee and support them as they strive to become effective and respected.

Gratitude from the Developers
In a public message, AdHoc Studio expressed heartfelt thanks to players:
“We’re also sad there are no new episodes this week, but thank you to the 2 million players that have joined us so far. Wouldn’t be here without you.”
